Its advanced CNC touch screen system supports Chinese, English, and multiple languages, with all parameters entered directly via the display. Each program allows multiple fitting sizes, and individual knife setting values, compensation values, and speeds can be adjusted independently. The system can store up to 5 sets of pipe cutting files (processing data for 10 parts) and includes power-off memory to permanently retain data. A key lock function prevents unauthorized modification after editing.

For flexible operation, the machine supports manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, and fully automatic decomposition modes. Operators can pause the automatic cycle at any time and resume with one button. During trial cutting, actions can be manually separated to observe interference points and optimize movements. Feeding, ejecting, approaching, retracting, and clamping actions can be freely synchronized or separated, effectively avoiding interference and significantly improving production efficiency.
